Through FIT4BABY’s prenatal fitness classes, Stroller Strides, Body Back, and Our Village, women have the opportunity to have a workout and support that is flexible around motherhood.

Kayla’s passion is fueled by creating, educating and empowering women through the most magical and life altering transition to motherhood! She has always had a passion for serving women and has been lucky enough to do so by integrating experience as a medical professional with holistic practices. For the past 9 years Kayla has supported women as a Registered Labor & Delivery and Neonatal ICU Nurse. Aside from being a nurse, she is a Professional Lifestyle Photographer and uses the time with her clients to capture the beauty and magic that they hold within themselves! Most recently, Kayla became a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor to further educate and empower women throughout their pregnancy and birth through holistic and mindful living. In Labor and Delivery, she gets to celebrate birthdays every single day! What most people aren’t aware of is she is also given the opportunity to care for and hold space for mamas who are having the worst day of their lives. This is how Wounded Womb came to fruition. This workshop was created for the grieving mama, to facilitate healing their womb after the loss of their baby through movement and pranayama (breathing). When she isn’t hustlin’, you can find Kayla wandering around the world from sea to summit, watching the sunset, immersing herself in different cultures and snuggling babies! She lives in a mermaid cottage by the sea, snuggle her pittie Boomer, loves to laugh, spend time with family and lives off of Mexican Coca Cola (in moderation now) and naps!

Megan Welsh, RNC-OB, BSN, CPFI, CBC is an experienced Labor and Delivery nurse, of eight years, certified in obstetrics, pre and postnatal fitness, and breastfeeding counseling. She led group fitness classes for seven years, during which time she taught at the university she attended, gyms, and in various countries. Megan trained a branch of the United States Coast Guard and was awarded “Most Memorable Workout” at the Philly Fit Workout-A-Thon in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Labor and Delivery nurse she has gained invaluable insight on the strength a woman’s mind and body possesses throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Megan is inspired to motivate and educate women with her fitness and nursing background as they embark on the adventure to motherhood.
A program designed for all mothers because being a mom looks different depending on who you ask. The expecting mom, the new mom, the experienced mom, the mom starting fertility treatment, the mom struggling with postpartum depression, the adopting mom, the single mom, the two moms, the young mom, the advanced maternal age mom, the grieving mom…the types are never ending. Maternal Strong is a program specifically designed to focus on empowering and motivating mamas to be active, strengthen their foundation, and gain knowledge. The exercises are always done safely, pre and postnatal. This includes fitness and most importantly trustworthy education during the physical, mental, and emotional journey to motherhood and beyond.
Colleen is a certified strength coach and passionate advocate for women’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Her company was the first to produce an in-person CEU Pregnancy and Postpartum Strength Course for professionals. Since launching, Colleen and her boyfriend Adam have taught 70+ professionals around the world! Beyond training women and helping other professionals thrive, she loves to be outdoors with her chihuahua Whipper, read/study, collaborate with fellow women entrepreneurs, and move her body in natural, fun ways!
